For providing phone support, the customer will be expected to provide their phone number that will be used to call back to the customer. The phone number will not be given to any other third party and will neither be used by Hoorray for any purpose. For providing support over the next incident, the customer will be expected to provide the phone number again unless the customer opts for the phone number to be saved for call back purposes.

Data Center
The services of Hoorray are provided for all its customer in all countries through computer systems and through Internet. This requires the computer systems to be located in a physical premise which is generally referred to as a ‘Data Centre’. Hoorray uses the data centre from a company called Web24 (www.web24.com.au ). Their data centre is physically located in Australia.

Operational Team
The service team of Hoorray may be located in Fiji, Australia or India or in any country in which it offers its services. The service team members will only use any personal information as declared on the websites and the staff does not have access to any information that they do not need for completing their work.
